This Privacy Policy applies to the TVC Studio - AI-Powered Video Creation Platform (hereinafter "Application") for web and mobile devices, created by TVC Studio Technologies, Inc. (hereinafter "Service Provider") as a Freemium service. This service is provided "AS IS."

The Application is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.

The Service Provider takes reasonable measures to safeguard the confidentiality of your information. We use industry-standard encryption for data transmission and storage. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
International Data Transfers
